RSVP Pass: DFW Mech Keyboard Meetup Aug 14, Josey Ranch Lake Carrollton Libarary (non-profit sale)

This is an RSVP pass to the DFW keyboard meetup on Aug 14. Sale of passes ensures that we do not exceed the room capacity, and to help cover for facility rental. Sneakbox will cover any cost deficit, and excess proceeds will be forwarded back to the community for future meets/activities. The only proceeds Sneakbox on sale of this pass is to cover transaction fees and applicable sales tax. Including tax, price should be close to $2 (I am required to charge sales tax by Texas law on this ticket pass)

Sunday Aug 14 @ the Josey Ranch Lake Carrollton Public Library
Multipurpose room in the library foyer (to the left)
1700 Keller Springs Rd, Carrollton, TX
1pm (libary open) - 4pm. We will need to be out of the room with tables broken down by 4pm.

Folks are encouraged to bring food to share
Bring your keyboards to show! There is plenty of table space, so I don't foresee any need for item limits.

Limit: 50 people (room max rated at 60 per library)
Note: the library reserves the right to cancel if the event space is needed for Carrollton municipal operations.
